Wonderful Stay at Docklands!

clean room spacious room breakfast choice warm staff

The rooms were really clean and spacious. I felt so relaxed. Breakfast offered many choices and started early. I really appreciated that detail. The train station was a quick walk, a fantastic convenience for getting around. Staff welcomed me warmly. I felt cared for .

The pillows felt too soft, so I woke up with a slight neck ache.

useless air conditioning dirty iron

the breakfast had many options and was acceptable..

The air conditioning was useless and the room was very hot. the iron was also dirty. It made a mess on my shirt when i used it. the staff did get it dry cleaned, but it was still inconvenient.

i found the rooms clean and quiet. the location is very convenient to the dlr. the breakfast included fresh pastries and a variety of warm options, which i found very satisfying.

the duvet on the bed felt too thin. i had a sleepless night as i was freezing cold. i attempted to put the heating on, but it did not work.

decent stay

breakfast selection waffle machine transport links shower layout safe absence spring mattress

i found the breakfast selections satisfactory. waffles were available and i enjoyed making them. the hotel provides good transport links, so i got around easily.

the bathroom had a very inconvenient layout. the shower was on the floor, not suitable for everyone. there was no safe in my room, nor a hairdryer provided for personal use. i also find the spring mattress not very comfortable.
